Getting started

Not many orders yet? Open Settings → Sample data and choose Load sample store to see every screen working. Remove it in one click before relying on any number.

How long does the first import take? Usually a few minutes; large stores can take up to an hour. The map fills in as soon as it finishes.

Common questions

Why is a state grey? It has too few orders or visits to say anything reliable yet. Grey turns to colour as data arrives.

Why don't Meta bid proposals apply automatically? Meta has no per-region bid adjustments. Terragent can exclude regions there, and suggests a separate ad set for regions worth more spend.

How do I export changes for Microsoft Advertising? Use the CSV export on the Actions page, or import your Google Ads location bid adjustments into Microsoft Advertising.

Where do visits by region come from? Shopify Analytics. They refresh nightly.

How do I cancel? Change or cancel your plan on the Plan page in the app, or uninstall Terragent; uninstalling ends the subscription and your store's data is deleted 48 hours later.
